BFT 300 is a universal machine designed for the automatic application of cellulose stabilizer in the SMA asphalt mix production process.

The BFT dispenser has been designed to work with all types of installations used in asphalt processing plants. Due to the modular solutions used, the device is individually adapted to the specific requirements of the user regarding the range and speed of weighing, as well as the size and method of fiber loading.

BFT is fully adapted to work with automation systems responsible for controlling technological processes in asphalt plants, thus ensuring full control over the stabilizer dosing process.

Cellulose fiber Betrocel®

Cellulose fiber is an environmentally friendly material, obtained from the recycling of wastepaper.

As a component used in the SMA production process, it allows to obtain excellent runoff parameters and better quality of final surfaces at a lower cost.

The fiber we supply has the efficiency confirmed by laboratory tests when it is used as a stabilizer in the production of asphalt mixtures. The results of the research of the binder in the SMA mixture with the addition of Betrocel® cellulose fibers showed that after adding fibers in an amount of only 0.4%(m/m), a runoff of 0.2% was obtained
